AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND';

GENERAL LOCATION Southwest of Memorial -Hospital
ZONING CHANGE FROM RS-2 to RD
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties ; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 8508 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from RS--2 to RD, and the following described property is
and it is hereby rezoned accordingly:
Part of the East half of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 14, Township 44, Range 12, in the City of
Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the southeast
quarter of said Section 14; thence southerly, along the
section line, to the northerly Line of Cedarhill Road;
i thence northwesterly, along said northerly line of
Cedarhill Road, to the southeast corner of Lot No. 24
of Oak Hills Subdivision, Section 2; thence along the
east line of Oak Hills Subdivision, Section 2, on the
following courses and distances ; N 40°09'E, 155.0 feet;
thence N3°50'W, 399 .5 feet; thence N27052'W, 300.0 feet
to the quarter section line; thence S87°31 'E, along the
quarter section line, to the point of beginning.
Bearings are magnetic.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after the date of its passage and approval.
