It appearing from the written report of the , (� Director of Public Works , the officer in charge of the work of construction and completing sewers in Sewer District No. 126 and 126A, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri , heretofore sub- II mitted by said officer to the City Council and approved and if ii filed by it (,n the '-� day of , 19-114,_ , at a 7 regular meeting of the City Council held on this date, that the it total cost of construction and completing of said sewer as constructed amounts to the sum of $25,448. 93, and it further �f ) appe^.ring that said report of said officer did apportion said }I +I costs against the several lots or pieces of ground in said f liSewer District, exclusive of streets in proportion to the area of the whole of said Sewer District exclusive of the public I II highways , and it further appearing that the total. number of ( square feet contained in the aggregate number of lots and pieces II of ground situated in the said Sewer District, exclusive of the i' public highways therein, amounts to 280 , 541 square feet. And it 1� further appearing from the said report that on proper anportionme t of said costs such lots or pieces of ground in said Sewer District, so situated, each square foot of ground contained in said lots or pieces of ground in said Sewer District is chargeable with the sum of $0 . 090714 per square foot.
