N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY REPEALING THE PRESENT
"NO PARKING" RESTRICTION ON THE WEST HALF OF THE 400 BLOCK
OF WASHINGTON STREET.
IBE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 10.100, Section A. , Parking
prohibited at all times, be repealing the paragraph n ere
(867) , and which reads as follows:
(867) "On the west side of Washington Street
ifrom McCarty Street to Miller Street. "
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
