AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CLERK OF THE CITY TO EXECUTE A QUIT CLAIM DEED
TO Mrs. Betty Cooper FOR LOTS # 303 304 305 & 306
LOCATED N t EE's, WOLFRUM .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City are hereby
authorized and directed, for and in the name of the City, to
execute a quit claim deed to Mrs . Betty Cooper
for a portion of Lots # 303 , 3042- 305 & 306 _ located on
California Street, Wolfrum' s Subdivision for the sum of
$2500. 00 , except the westerly seven foot which will be
retained by the City for right-of-way purposes.
SECTION 2. A copy of said quit claim deed is attached
hereto.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
