AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CLERK OF THE CITY TO EXECUTE A QUIT CLAIM DEED
i TO Mrs. MarX Baldwin FOR LOT #302 LOCATED ON
CALIF , DIVISION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City are hereby
authorized and directed, for and in the name of the City, to
execute a quit claim deed to Mrs. Mary Baldwin
for a portion of Lot #302 located on California Street $
Wolfrum's Subdivision for the sum of $600. 00 , except the
westerly seven foot which will be retained by the City for
right-of-way purposes.
SECTION 2 . A copy of said quit claim deed is attached
hereto.
} SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval .
