AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON AS ENACTED IN ORDINANCE NO. 8508 BY REZONING
I� CERTAIN SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND ON SOUTHRIDGE DRIVE FROM
AN RS-2 DISTRICT TO A C-2 GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN
! ORDINANCE NO. 8508 RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS
li BEEN COMPLIED WITH.

� NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
® CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property
be rezoned from RS-2 to C-2, to wit:
Ii Part of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter
of Section 13, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, otherwise known as the

Schubert Property.
�j Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
