AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON MISSOURI AUTHORIZING
j� THE MAYOR AND CLERK OF THE CITY TO EXECUTE A QUIT CLAIM DEED
�! TO Mrs. June McCracken FOR ALL OF LOT 3 OWNED BY
THE CITY AND LOT 4 EXCEPT THE SOUTH 35 FEET OF LOT 4 LOCATED
� IN WINSTON HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, BLOCK 2 , IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
M MISSOURI .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
t MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
'' SECTION 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City are hereby
i
authorized and directed, for and in the name of the City, to
execute a quit claim deed to Mrs. June McCracken
for all of Lot 3 owned by the City and Lot 4 , with the exception
of the southerly 35 feet of Lot 4 located in Winston Heights
i Subdivision, Block 2 , for the sum of $600 An access
easement on the westerly 15 feet of the remaining portion of Lot
4 will be granted to Mrs. June McCracken.
SECTION 2. A copy of said Quit claim deed is attached
i
hereto.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
