AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
i+ APPROVING THE PLAT OF TIMBER HILLS SUBDIVISION, SECTION 1 , A
f SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. Richard S. and Joann C. Groner, Delmar E* and
Rita M. Picker, Thomas J. and Lola J. Parris , Joseph and Dorothy
J. Miloro , and Bernard J. and Donna J. Groner, owners of the
real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of
Jefferson , Missouri, having submitted to the Council for approval

SECTION 2 . It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to Timber Hills Subdivision, Section 1 , that
all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the require-
ments of Chapter 445 , Revised Statutes of Missouri , 1969 , and
amendments thereto , entitled "Plats ," have been fully complied
with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision , and that in all
respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission

of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , relating to plats and sub-
divisions have been complied with, NOW THEREFORE:
The plat of land of Richard S. and Joann C. Groner ,
Delmar E. and Rita M. Picker, Thomas J. and Lola J. Parris ,
Joseph and Dorothy J. Miloro , and Bernard J. and Donna J. Groner
1 known and referred to as Timber Hills Subdivision, Section 1 ,
lying, being and situate within the corporate limits of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri , as shown by the said plat hereto attache
and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and ac-
cepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri ,
and the Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri , after the passage and approval of this
ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the
qP approval of same under the seal of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
