Roll Call Present: Commissioners Henry, Kachel, Gehrke, Manning, Schinderle, Racich , Sob koviak , Library District Absent: Park District, School District, Fire District Development Report Stephanie Sheetz announced that there was no development report. M inutes During the rezoning case of 15133 South Route 59 – the previous owner was referr ed to as Mr. Waldorf – the name was actually Mr. Waldock. The minutes from the February 1, 2005 meeting were accepted as amended. Commissioner Kachel noted the microphone volume was high. New Business CASE NO.: 1161 -012705.FP EDWARD HEALTH VENTURES R equest: Final Plat Location: Norwest corner of 127 th Street and Van Dyke Road Applicant: Henry Stillwell, Attorney Started: 7:0 3 pm Jim Donahue presented the Staff report. Chairman Sobkoviak asked if there were an y engineering concerns. The Village Engin eer said that there were no major concerns, and he has been working with the design engineer on minor issues. Chairman Sobkoviak swore in Melissa Gilland, the design engineer, who said that she had nothing to add . 1
Chairman Sobkoviak asked if there were a ny commissioner questions. There were none. Chairman Sobkoviak opened up the floor for public comment. There was no response. Chairman Sobkoviak asked if there was any further discussion. Commissioner Kachel said that it was nice to see that Edwards i s proceeding with their plans. There was agreement on this. At 7:09 pm, Commissioner Racich moved to recommend approval of a Final Plat of Subdivision of Edward Health Ventures subject to the following two (2) stipulations: 1. Compliance with the requirement s of the Village Engineer. 2. Subject to Fire Department’s review and approval. Commissioner Schinderle seconded the motion. Chairman Sobkoviak called for a vote by roll call. Aye: Henry, Kachel, Gehrke, Manning, Schinderle, Racich , Sobkoviak Nay: None The motion is carried 7 :0:0 . This case will g o forward to the Village Board probably on March 21 . Chairman Sobkoviak asked if there was any additional Plan Commission business .
