Roll Call Present: Commissioners Kachel, Schinderle , Sobkoviak , Absent: Commissioners Henry, Gehrke, Library District, Park District , School District, Fire District , Police Department With no quorum present, the Planning Commission could not legally conduct business. All cases would be moved forward to the next meeting – August 2. Michae l Garrigan noted that they may have to have some cases republished. Since the cases must be published 15 days in advance of the meeting, he asked the applicants to contact staff to assure the night that case is back on the schedule. Chairman Sobkoviak s aid that they may have to come back on August 16 and apologized on behalf of the Village of Plainfield.
