IAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON MISSOURI GRANTING TO CITY
(EMPLOYEES (EXCEPT ELECTED OFFICIALS) A ', SALARY INCREASE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, I
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. An increase in salary is hereby granted to all
employees of the City, who have been with the City Government for
at least a period of one (1) year, on the following basis:
Present Salary - $ - - - to $ 7,000.00 - 8% increase
Present Salary - $ 7,001.00 to $ 10,000.00 - 5% increase
Present Salary - $10,001.00 to - - - - - 3% increase
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
as of November 1, 1975, from and after its passage and approval.
