AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF HERMAN JOHN SUBDIVISION, SECTION 3 , A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . Oscar and Lucy Ott , William and Gladys Ott ,
Joe and Margaret Gerling, and Leo and Betty Steck, owners of
the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City
of Jefferson, Missouri , having submitted to the Council for
approval a plat of said real estate , being located in Jefferson
City, Cole County, Missouri , and more particularly described
as follows :
Part of Lot 51 of Majors Boonville Acres , Section 2 , as
per plat of record in Plat Book 7 , Pages 96 and 97 , Cole
County Recorders Office, and part of a Reserved Property
of Herman John Subdivision, Section 2 , as per plat of
record in Plat Book 8 , Page 27 , Cale County Recorders
Office and part of the north half of Section 34 , Township
45 North, Range 12 West , in the City of Jefferson , County
of Cole, Missouri , more oarticularly described as follows :
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 13 of aforesaid
Herman John Subdivision , Section 2 ; thence S270261E along
the easterly line of said Lot 13 106. 56 feet to the
Southeast corner thereof; thence N700581E , 375 . 44 feet ;
thence N50551W 865 . 85 feet to the southeast corner of
Lot 52 of aforesaid Majors Boonville Acres , Section 2 ;

SECTION 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owner of said Subdivision, I
�j known and referred to as Herman John Subdivision, Section 3 , I
1� that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
I requirements of Chapter 445 , Revised Statutes of Missouri , 1969 ,
and maendments thereto, entitled "Plats ," have been fully com-
plied with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and
that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , relating to plats
and subdivisions have been complied with, NOW THEREFORE:
The plat of 'land of Oscar and Lucy Ott , William and Gladys
Ott , Joe and Margaret Gerling, and Leo and Betty Steck, known
and referred to as Herman John Subdivision, Section 3 , lying, bei g
and situate within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson ,
Missouri , as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made a
part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the
City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , and the Mayor
® of said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri ,
after the passage and approval of this ordinance are given the
authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said
plat thereon and to certify to the approval of same under the
seal of the City of Jefferson , Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
