ORDINANCE NO. 8 79 i
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, REQUIRING
HEAD-IN ANGLE PARKING ON THE EAST SIDE OF BROADWAY STREET,
BETWEEN MAIN AND HIGH STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8177, The Parking and Traffic
® Code of the City of Jefferson, Section 10.010, Subsection (C) , by
adding a new paragraph, to be numbered (15) and to read as follows:
"(15) On the east half of Broadway Street between
Main and High Streets ."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
