AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE WEST SIDE OF WAVERLY
STREET FROM MISSOURI BOULEVARD TO ST. MARY'S BOULEVARD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8177, The Parking and Traffic
Code of the City of Jefferson, Section 10.100, Subsection A. , by
® adding a new paragraph, to be numbered (881) , and to read as
follows:
"(881) On the west side of Waverly Street from
Missouri Boulevard to St. Mary's Boulevard."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
