' There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this Ordinance, against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on the roadway of E. Miller St. from Clark Ave. to the Bluff St. R/W and Vetter St. from E. McCarty St. to E. Miller St. in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the improvement of said roadway, the sum of$36 , 320 . 30 as the total costs of the , improvement of said street and the number of front feet fronting or abutting said roadway, amount to 7264. 06 front feet ; the cost price per front foot is $5 , 00 _ SECTION 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of - said roadway, there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of $5. 00 as a special tax against each front foot of ground fronting or abutting said roadway, and contained in such lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting said improved roadway.
