AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
11iAPPROVING THE REPLAT OF LOT NUMBERS 114-120 AND 134-148 OF
WESTWOOD SUBDIVISION-PART 3 AND A REPLAT OF LOT 1 OF SWIFT AND
11THOMPSONS SUBDIVISION, SUBDIVISIONS OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
IMISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
IBE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
`SAS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Sheldon Gentry, Incorporated, the owner of the
areal estate hereinafter described and situated in the city of
1I1Jefferson, Missouri, having been submitted to the Council for
llapproval, a replat of certain lots in Westwood Subdivision-Part 3

! and Swift and Thompsons Subdivision, being located in Jefferson
(City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as
! follows:
Beginning at the north west corner of Section 13,
Township 44, Range 12 said point also being the north-
west corner of said Lot 1; thence N4 degrees, 24 minutes
W, along the section line, 295. 00 feet; thence N85 degrees,
33 minutes, 12 seconds E, 105. 0 feet; thence N4 degrees,
24 minutes, 17 seconds W, 23.58 feet; thence N58 degrees,
52 minutes, 36 seconds E, 489. 3 feet; thence N72 degrees,
13 minutes, 54 seconds E, 249. 89 feet; thence S7 degrees,
44 minutes, 42 seconds E, 228.51 feet; thence N84 degrees,

Southwest Boulevard; thence along the west line of
i� Southwest Boulevard on the following courses and distances;

( S4 degrees, 53 minutes, 42 seconds E, 105. 80 feet; thence
leaving Southwest Boulevard, S85 degrees, 50 minutes W,
200. 27 feet; thence S4 degrees 51 minutes 42 seconds E,
281.64 Feet to the south line of Lot 1 of Swift and Thompsons
Subdivision; thence S86 degrees, 00 minutes, 47 seconds W,
along said south line, 783. 00 feet to the section line;
thence N4 degrees, 24 minutes W, along the section line,
310.20 feet to the point of beginning. Bearings are magnetic

properly signed and accepted by the owners of said real estate,
I, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the

and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully com-
plied with by the aforesaid owners of said real estate, and that

The replat of land of Sheldon Gentry Incorporated known and
referred to as the replat of lot numbers 114-120 and 134-148 of
Westwood Subdivision-Part 3 and a replat of Lot 1 of Swift and
Thompsons Subdivision, lying, being and situate within the cor-
Iporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the

taid plat hereto attached and made a part of this ordinance, is
ereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of
(�Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of said City and the City Clerk
� f the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after the passage and approval
Hof this ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed
I!to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the
approval of same under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
Ifrom and after its passage and approval.
