ORDINANCE NO. 8177 , THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , BY REPEALING PARAGRAPH NUMBER (640)
CONTAINED IN SECTION 10. 100 , SUBSECTION A, AND ADDING NEW
PARAGRAPHS PROHIBITING PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON EAST MILLER

OF EAST MILLER STREET FROM BENTON STREET TO GORDON STREET ;
ON THE EAST SIDE OF VETTER STREET FROM EAST MILLER TO A POINT
i 336 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF EAST MILLER STREET; AND ON
! THE EAST SIDE OF VETTER STREET FROM EAST McCARTY STREET TO A
i POINT 234 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF EAST McCARTY STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . Amend Section 10. 100 , Parking Prohibited at
all times where , Subsection A, Streets and Highways , by repeal-
ing paragraph number (640) and, by adding new paragraphs to

(641) On East Miller Street between Clark .Avenue and
Benton Street. "
(642) "On the north side of East Miller Street between
Benton Street and Gordon Street. "
(829 . 1) "On the east side of Vetter Street from East
Miller Street to a point 336 feet north of the
centerline of East Miller Street. "
(829. 2) "On the east side of Vetter Street from East
McCarty Street to a point 234 feet south of

SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval .
