SECTION 2 . It appearing that said plat has been duly
and properly signed and accepted by the owner of said Sub-

division , known and referred to as Otke Subdivision - Section
1 , that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects
the requirements of Chapter 445 , Revised Statutes of Missouri
1969 , and amendments thereto , entitled "Plats ," have been fully
jcomplied with by the aforesaid owner of said Subdivision, and
11 that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson , Missouri , relating
to plats and subdivisions have been complied with, NOW, THERE-
1 FORE :
fThe plat of land of Louis C. and Marlene Janet Otke and
Richard J. and Delores E. Otke, known and referred to as Otke
Subdivision - Section 1 , lying, being and situate within the
corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , as shown
by the said plat hereto attached and made a part of this
ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council
I of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , and the Mayor of said City
and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , after
the passage and approval of this ordinance are given the
authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said
plat thereon and to certify to the approval of same under the
seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.

! force from and after its passage and approval .
