AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING, A-
MENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY
AMENDING ORDINANCE 8508 , BY REZONING IN THE VICINITY OF 1213 EAST
MCCARTY STREET, FROM RS-4 RESIDENTIAL TO C-1 NEIGHBORHOOD COMMER-
i CIAL.

WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE
8508 RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from RS-4 Residential to C-1 Neighborhood Commercial; To
Wit:
Part of Outlot No. 61, in the City of Jefferson, County
i of Cole, Missouri, and being more particularly described
1 as follows:
}� From a point on the easterly line of Benton Street,
k which said point is 5 feet easterly from the westerly
line of said Outlot and 394. 25 feet southerly from the
k northerly line of said Outlot; thence easterly parallel
}1 with the northerly line of said Outlot, 150.0 feet to
the point of beginning for this description; thence
southerly, parallel with the westerly line of said
i Outlot, 23 feet 9 inches, to the northerly right-of-
way line of the Missouri State Highway; thence easterly
i along and with said right-of-way line, 20 feet; thence
northerly, parallel with the westerly line of said
® ' Outlot, 40 feet; thence westerly, parallel with the
northerly line of said Outlot, 20 feet to the east line
of a tract of land conveyed to Agnes Finke, per deed
`s of record in Book 232 , at page 614 , Cole County Re-
corder's Office; thence southerly, along the east line
of said Finke tract, 16 feet 3 inches to the point of
beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
