AND APPROVING THE PLATS OF LANDWEHR HILLS SUBDIVISION -
`� SECTIONS 6 and 7 , SUBDIVISIONS OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
'{ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :

SECTION 2 . It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owner of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Landwehr Hills Subdivision - Sections
6 and 7 , that all taxes have been paid , and that in all respects
the requirements of Chapter 445 , Revised Statutes of Missouri ,
1969 , and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats ," have been fully i
( complied with by the aforesaid owner of said Subdivision , and
that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , relating
to plats and subdivisions have been complied with, NOW, THERE-
` FORE:
The plats of land of Frank J. and Mildred A. Landwehr,
known and referred to as Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section
6 and 7 , lying, being and situate within the corporate limits
of the City of Jefferson , Missouri , as shown by the said plat
hereto attached and made a part of this ordinance , is hereby
approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri , and the Mayor of said City and the City
Clerk of the City of Jefferson , Missouri , after the passage
and approval of this ordinance are given the authority and are
hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon
and to certify to the approval of same under the seal of the
s City of Jefferson , Missouri.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval .
