AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
BY AMENDING ORDINANCE 8508 , BY REZONING THE 400 BLOCK OF ELLIS
BOULEVARD, FROM RS-2 TO C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL. )
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE
8508 RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from RS-2 to C-2 (General Commercial) ; to Wit:
Part of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 24 , Township 44 , Range '12, in the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, more 'particularly de-
scribed as follows:-
From the northwest corner of the Northwest
quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 24;
thence South 4 degrees east, to the southerly line
of Ellis Boulevard, and the beginning point of this
description; thence easterly along the 'southerly
line of Ellis Boulevard, to the northwesterly corner
of a tract conveyed to William Gerald Gentry and
wife, by deed of record in Book 192 , page 623, Cole
County Recorder' s Office; thence South 12 degrees
24 minutes west, along the westerly line of* said
tract and the southerly extension thereof, to a
point which is 14 feet north of the south line of
j the said Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter.

thence north along the said west 'line, to the be-
`i ginning point of this description.
Bearings are Magnetic.
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
