PROMOTIONAL BROCHURE: The Committee reviewed the brochure information and layout. A motion made by Max Williamson, seconded by Jackie Sproat was to recommend authorizing purchase of the brochures with payment from the Golf Course Capital fund. The brochure intends to promote private fund- raising efforts for the new clubhouse and is an investment in this project. Motion carried. WHISPERING FOREST: The Committee reviewed Mr. Udell's letter regarding purchase of the Stringer property by Mr. Whiteman. The committee asked staff to further discuss alternatives to development of the driving range with the developer. CLUBHOUSE PLANS: Andy Laidlaw presented more detailed plans including a site cross-section, floor plans and roof plans.
