AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDIN
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY AMENDING
ORDINANCE 8508 , BY REZONING 1431 SOUTHWEST BOULEVARE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON FROM RA RESIDENTIAL TO C-1 NEIGHBORHOOD
(COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE 850
RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from RA Residential to C-1 Neighborhood Commercial; to Wit:
Part of Lot No. 24 of Swifts Thompson Subdivision,
in the City of Jefferson, County. of Cole, Missouri,
more particularly described as follows:
From the southwest corner of said Lot 24 ;
C thence N 10201W, along the .west line of said
�t Lot 24, 327. 0 feet to the point of beginning
for this description; thence continuing N 1
201W, along said West line, 161. 62 feet; thence
(� N880461E, 332.63 feet to a point on the east
line of Lot 24; thence S10201E, along said east
line, 161. 37 feet; thence S88o40 'W, 332. 53
feet to the point of beginning. Containing in
all, 1. 2 acres more or less. Bearings are '
magnetic.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
