AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMEND-
ING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY AMEND-
JING ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING LOT NUMBERS 5, 6 , 7 AND 8 OF SWIFT
AND THOMPSON'S SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON FROM RS-2 RESI-
DENTIAL TO S SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT. i
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE 8508
( RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
! NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
i Section 1. That the following described real property be re-
zoned from RS-2 -Residential to S Special Development District; To

Part of Lot Nos. 5, 6 , 7 and 8, of Swift and
Thompson' s Subdivision per plat record in Plat
Book 1, Page 9, Cole County Recorder's. Offiee,
said subdivision being a part of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 13, Township 44, Range 12
in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,
Missouri and being more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot
