AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDIN
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY AMENDING
ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING APPROXIMATELY TWO ACRES, SOUTH OF SUN-
SET LAKE ROAD AND WEST OF SOUTHRIDGE DRIVE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSO
FROM RS-2 RESIDENTIAL TO C-2 GENERAL COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE 850
RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That the following described real property be re-
zoned from RS-2 Residential to C-2 General Commercial; To Wit:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 13, Township 44 North, Range
12 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole 'County,
Missouri, more particularly described as fol-
lows:
! From the Southwest corner of the Southeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said
Section 13: thence N 40 53' 13" W, along
the Quarter Quarter Section Line, 142.56
feet to the northerly line of Southridge Drive,
j� (formerly Missouri State Route "C") ; thence
(� N 460 40 ' E, along the said northerly line,
867. 15 feet; thence northeasterly, along the
northerly line of said Southridge 'Drive, on
a curve to the left, having a radius of

point of beginning for this description;
thence continuing northeasterly, along the
northerly line of said Southridge Drive,'
on a curve to the left, having a radius of
925.8 feet, a distance of 43. 11 feet; thence
N 27 44' 14" E, along the northerly line of
said Southridge Drive, 532.16 feet to the
Quarter Quarter Section Line; thence S 850
14' 03" W, along the Quarter $uarter Section
Line, 345.46 feet; thence S 8 57' 12" E,
485. 90 feet to the point of beginning. Con-
taining in all, 1. 93 acres, more or less.

from and after its passage and approval.
