I AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF FOXSCOTT HILLS SUBDIVISION,
�i SECTION 1 , A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BY IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
II AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1 . Richard S. and Joann C. Groner, Delmar E. and
li Rita M. Picker, Bernard J. and Donna J. Groner, Joseph and
(� Dorothy J. Miloro and Thomas J. and Lola J. Parris , owners
l of the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the
City of Jefferson , Missouri , having submitted to the Council
ifor approval a plat of said real estate , being located in
Jefferson City, Cole County , Missouri , and more particularly
described as follows :
I� Starting at the Northwest corner Section 21 , Town-

point in the centerline of U. S. Highway 50 (Rex
Whitton Expressway) at Station 126+00 ; thence along

N540381E, 275. 15' to a point on the Easterly R/W of

thence continuing along said easterly of U. S. Highway

Also a tract for roadway purposes described as follows :
from said point A (also being a point located on the
R/W line of U. S. Highway 50 at Station 140+00 and a
distance of 195 ' on a radial bearing to the left of
the centerline of said Station 140+00) ; thence along
said radial bearing a distance of 101to a point which
is 185 ' from the centerline and the beginning point
of this description; thence continue on said radial
bearing a distance of 60 ' to a point on the R/W line
of U. S. Highway 50 which is 125 ' from said centerline
at Station 140+00 ; thence in a northwesterly direction
along said R/W line of U. S. Highway 50 to the inter-
section of the radial bearing from Station 138+00 ;
thence on said radial bearing to the left to the
extension of the westerly boundary of Tract 1 of this
® plat ; thence along said westerly boundary S27043' E to
the point of beginning.

SECTION 2 . It appearing that said plat has been duly
and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Sub-
division , known and referred, to as Foxscott hills Subdivision ,
Section 1 , that all taxes have been paid , and that in all
�i respects the requirements of Chapter 445 , Revised Statutes
of Missouri , 1969 , and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats ,"
have been fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said
Subdivision , and that in all respects the requirements of the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson ,
Missouri , relating to plats and subdivisions have been complied
with, NOW THEREFORE :
The plat of land of Richard S. and Joann C. Groner,
Delmar E. and Rita M. Picker, Bernard J. and Donna J. Groner ,
Joseph and Dorothy J. Miloro and Thomas J. and Lola J. Parris ,
known and referred to as Foxscott Subdivision, Section 1 , lying,
being and situate within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri , as shown by the said plat hereto attached
and made a part of this ordinance , is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson , Missouri ,
and the Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the City of
Jefferson , Missouri , after the passage and approval of this
ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the
approval of same under the seal of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect. and be in `
force from and after its passage and approval. (�
