IJAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ORDINANC
NO. 8608 OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, RELATING TO THE CON
a TRACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY WITH CLYDE GARVIN AS ASSIGNED TO DAS
z' DISPOSE-ALL SERVICE, INC. , RELATING TO THE COLLECTION, REMOVAL,
M TRANSPORTATION AND DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE AND TRASH FROM THE PREMISES
IN JEFFERSON CITY AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE
1ICITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO SAID CONTRACT.
I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
y MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
�I Section 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of

` Jefferson are authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the
City, an amendment to the Contract with Clyde Garvin as assigned
to DAS Dispose-All Service, Inc. , relating to the collection, re-
moval, transportation and disposal of the garbage and trash from
the premises in Jefferson City.
Section 2. Said contract shall be amended to read in words
and figures as follows:
The city of Jefferson and DAS Dispose-All
� Service, Inc. Assignee of Clyde Garvin hereby
agree that the charge as set forth in paragraph
7 of the contract between the Parties, dated
I the 20th day of November, 1973 , shall be amended
to permit the contractor (DAS Dispose-All Service,
Inc. ) to charge for the purchase of 30 gallon or more plastic
bags, a sum not to exceed forty (40) cents per bag.
1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties to this assignment
