{ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
ST. MARY'S BOULEVARD EXTENDING 75 FEET WEST OF THE WEST CURB OF
OHIO STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 10.100, Section A. , Parkin rohibi -
at all times where, by adding a new paragraph to be numbered (776
and to read as follows:
(776) "On the South Side of St. Mary's Bouledard
extending 75 feet west of the 'west curb of
Ohio Street. "
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its date of passage and approval.
