Roll Call: PRESENT: Commissioners Kachel, Seggebruch, Gehrke, Manning, Schin derle and Sobkoviak ABSENT: Commissioner Anderson Park, School, Fire and Library Districts The minutes from Plan Commission meeting of April 10, 2001 were accepted as presented and the minutes from Plan Commission meeting April 17, 2001 were accepted a s presented. Development Report: Planner Carroll stated this is our second Plan Commission meeting since the last Village Board meeting and therefore there is no development report. CASE NO: 859 -022301.AA/Z U.S. FILTER Chairman Sobkoviak stated this was a public hearing for annexation and zoning, however, the applicants have chosen to withdraw the petition and they reserve the right to repetition at a later time. Commission Manning asked the location of this site. Planner Carroll said south side of Rt. 126 next to the green house. Commissioner Manning made a motion to close the public hearing for Case #859 - CASE NO: Vote by roll call: AYE: Kachel, Seggebruch, Gehrke, Manning, Schinderle, Sobkoviak NAY: None Vote 6 -0 Motion carried. CASE NO: V ote by roll call: AYE: Kachel, Seggebruch, Gehrke, Manning, Schinderle, Sobkoviak NAY: None Vote 6 -0 Motion carried Chairman Sobkoviak adjourned the meeting. Meeting Adjourned: 8:30 p.m.
