AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , BY REPEALING 10.100 A SUBSECTION 753 RELATING TO PARKIN
IN THE 800 BLOCK ON PIKE STREET AND ADOPTING A NEW ORDINANCE RE-
LATING TO THE SAME SUBJECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 10. 100 A Subsection 753 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Amend Section 10. 100 A Subsection 753 by adopting
a new Subsection to be numbered the same and to read as follows :
(753).:. On the North and South sides of the 800 Block of
Pike Street.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its date of passage and approval.
