ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE REPLAT OF CAMELOT SOUTH SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Louis H. Vetter and Larry V. Brickey, owners of
the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council for approval
a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole
County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 44,
Range 12, in the County of Cole, Missouri; thence
S4°21143"E, along the Range Line, 921. 72 feet to the
Southeast corner of said Lot No. 18; thence S85 038117"W,
along the south line of said Lot No. 18, 199.86 feet to
the Southwest corner thereof; thence N1O°10133 11W, along
the west line of said Lot No. 182 229.26 feet to the south
line of said Lot No. 19, thence S84 031'51"W, along the
south line of said Lot No. 19, 52. 79 feet to the Southwest
corner thereof; thence N5°28 '09"W, along the west line of
said Lot No. 19, 150.0 feet to the south line of Carousel
Drive; thence N19°41'16"W, 61.90 feet to the Southwest
corner of said Lot No. 13; thence N5°28'09"W, along the
west line of said Lot No. 13, 150.0 feet to the Northwest
corner thereof; thence SW H'S1"W, along the south line
of said Lot No. 14 200.0 feet to the Southwest corner
thereof; thence N2a05 '27"E, along the west line of said
Lot No. 14, 334. 70 feet to the Quarter Quarter Section
Line; thence N84°51 '16"E, along the Quarter Quarter Section
Line, 460.41 feet to the point of beginning. Containing in
all, 7.13 acres , more or less . Bearings are magnetic.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Camelot South Subdivision, that all taxes
have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of
Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments
thereto, entitled "Plats", have been fully complied with by the
aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all respects the
requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
complied with, NOW THEREFORE: I,

The plat, of land of Louis H. Vetter and Larry V. Brickey,
known and referred to as Camelot South Subdivision, lying, being
and situate within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made a
part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the
City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of
said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
after the passage and approval of this ordinance, are given the
authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said
plat thereon, and to certify to the approval of same under the
seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
