{�N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING, AMENDING
IAND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY AMENDING
(ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING INLOT 125 AND THE EASTERLY PART OF IN-
iLOT 124 FROM RA MULTIPLE DWELLING TO C-2 COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE 8508
RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
OW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
,JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be re-
zoned from RA Multiple Dwelling to C-2 Commercial, to wit:
Inlot 125 and the easterly part of Inlot 124 in the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, particularly described as fol-
lows:

Beginning at the northeasterly corner of said Inlot
i� 125, thence running westerly along Water Street 168
feet, thence southerly parallel with Marshall Street
198 feet 9 inches, to the public alley, thence easterly
along said alley 168 feet, thence northerly along the
easterly line of Inlot 125 , 198 feet 9 inches to the
place of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
} rom and after its passage and approval.
