AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDIN
MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY AMENDING
( ORDINANCE NO. 8508, BY REZONING PART OF PRIVATE SURVEY NO. 2701 IN
ITHE CITY OF JEFFERSON FROM RS-2 RESIDENTIAL TO RD RESIDENTIAL (DUP EX)
' WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE 850
IRELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.

INOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
E� JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That the following described real property be re-
zoned from RS-2 Residential To RD Residential (Duplex) ; toLwit:
Part of Private Survey No. 2701 in Township 44 N,
Range 11 W, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,
Missouri and being more particularly described as fol-
lows:
From the Southwest Corner of said Private Survey
No. 2701; thence N 840 15 ' E, along the south line of
Private Survey No. 2701, 2748.53 feet to the south-
easterly corner of a tract conveyed to William Haslag,
