11MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY AMENDING
�jORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING PART OF PRIVATE SURVEY NO. 2701 OF THE
�ICITY OF JEFFERSON FROM RS-2 RESIDENTIAL TO C-2 COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE 850
IRELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
iNOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
(JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That the following described real property be re-
zoned from RS-2 Residential to C-2 Commercial; to-wit:

} Part of the Private Survey No. 2701 in Township 44
it N, Range 11 W, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,
Missouri, and being more particularly described as fol-
lows:

Survey No. 2701, 2748.53 feet to the southeasterly corner of
a tract conveyed to William Haslag, etal. , be deed of record
