WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE 850 IRELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH. iNOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF (JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS: 4� Section 1.
