AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING, AMENDING
ND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY AMENDING
ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNE
�bF ROUTE C AND IDLEWOOD ROAD FROM RS-2 RESIDENTIAL TO C-2 COMMERCIA .
(WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE 8508
RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
VOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
�IJEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
® Section 1. That the following described real property be re-
zoned from RS-2 Residential to C-2 Commercial, to wit:
Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
of Section 23, Township 44N, Range 12 W, in the County
of Cole, Missouri, more particularly described as fol-
lows:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of the Southwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 23:
thence N 4 degrees 32 '56" W. along the Quarter Section
Line 432.65 feet to the Southerly line of Idlewood
Road; thence Northeasterly along said Southerly line
on a curve to the right, having a radius of 263. 21
feet, a distance of 136.78 feet; thence S 40 32 ' 56"
E, 530. 87 feet; thence S 870 56 ' 00" W, 98. 40 feet to
the point of beginning. Containing in all, 1. 09 Acres.
Bearings are magnetic.
