AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF LINHARDT AND KIESLING SUBDIVISION, SECTION 59
A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Albert L. Linhardt, Roy E. Kiesling, William J.
and Margaret J. Linhardt, Bonnie Linhardt, Ola H. J. DePorter,
David R. and Dorothy Goller, Robert and Laura Hilbun, Erma Kieslin
Bernice and Richard Schmitz, owners of the real estate hereinafter
described and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having
submitted to the Council for approval a plat of said real estate,
being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more
particularly described as follows :
From the southeast corner of said Section 11; thence
S86°00'W, along the Section Line 460 .0 feet; thence
N4000 'W2 677.68 feet to the northerly line of Tower Drive;
thence S64°41'W, along the northerly line of Tower Drive,
336.57 feet to the point of beginning for this description;
thence continuing S64041'W along said northerly line
461.50 feet; thence N26°49;W, 560.02 feet ; thence
N64°47'E, 150.0 feet ; thence S26°491E, 50.0 feet; thence
N64046 30"E2 304. 29 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 14
of Linhardt Kiesling Subdivision, Section 3, as per plat
of record in Plat Book 8, Page 33, Cole County Recorder's
Office; thence S2.5°20 'E, along the westerly line of Lot
Nos . 14 and 13 of said subdivision 359.44 feet to the
southwest corner of said Lot 13; thence N64°40'E, along
the southerly line of said Lot 13, 20. 83 feet; thence
S25a20 'E2 along the westerly line of Lot No. 12 of said
Linhardt Kiesling Subdivision, 149.65 feet to the point
of beginning. Containing in all 5.48 acres . Bearings
are magnetic.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Linhardt and Kiesling Subdivision, Sectio
5, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 19 .9,
and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully complied
with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all
• respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions;
have been complied with, NOW THEREFORE:
The plat of land, owned by the heretofore mentioned parties,
known and referred to as Linhardt and Kiesling Subdivision,
Section 5, lying, being and situate within the corporate limits of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto
attached, and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved
and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, and the Mayor of said City, and the City Clerk of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, after the passage and approval of
this ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the
approval of same under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall. be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
