ORDINANCE NO. 9�
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF LANDWEHR HILLS SUBDIVISION, SECTION 8, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Frank J. Landwehr and Mildred A. Landwehr, owners
of the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council for
approval a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson
® City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as
follows:
Part of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter
of Section 21, Township 44 N, Range 11 W, in the City
of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the northwest
quarter of the northeast quarter of said Section 21;
thence N83°26 '03"E along the Section Line, 1195. 78 feet;
thence S29°41'58"W, 125. 88 feet to the most northerly
corner of Lot Number 226, Landwehr Hills Subdivision,
Section 6 , per 'plat of record in Book 9, Page 5, Cole
County Recorder's Office; thence continuing along the
westerly line of said Landwehr Hills Subdivision,
Section 6, on the following courses and distances ,
S29°41'58"W, 79.08 feet; thence S52°04'00"E, 25.0 feet;
thence S37°56 '00"W, 60.0 feet; thence S52°04'00"E,
15 .37 feet ; thence southeasterly on a curve to the left,
having a radius of 255.81 feet, a distance of 56.43
feet; thence S25°17'43"W, 124.93 feet; thence S17°04'51"W,
366.30 feet; thence S40°21 '48"W, 99.80 feet; thence
S73 010 '37"W, 75.37 feet to the most northerly corner of
Lot No. 205 of Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 5,
per plat of record in Book 8, Page 107, Cole County
Recorder's Office; thence along the northerly line of
said Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 5, on the
following courses and distances ; S73°10137"W, 131. 36
feet; thence S65°16' 32"W 686 . 72 feet to the quarter
section line; thence N04a33 '28"W, along the quarter
section line, 1032.42 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing in all, 20. 78 acres , more or less . Bearings
are magnetic.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 8,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respect the
• requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949,
and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats", have been fully complied
with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all
respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions
have been complied with, NOW THEREFORE:
The plat of land of Frank J. Landwehr and Mildred
A. Landwehr, known and referred to as Landwehr Hills Subdivision,
Section 8, lying, being and situate within the corporate limits of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto
attached and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved
® and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, and the Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, after the passage and approval of this
ordinance, are given the authority and are hereby directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the
approval of same under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
