AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ORDINANC
NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, BY ADOPTING A NEW DEFINITION OF PARKING METER ZONE "D"
AND THE AREAS LOCATED IN SUCH ZONE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Repeal Section 10. 130, Parking Meters , 1. , Sub-
section D. , Parking Meter Zone "D" , and adopting a new section to b
numbered the same and to read as follows:
(D) Parking Meters Zone "D"
(a) West side of the 300 block of Broadway
(b) South half of the 100 block of Jefferson Street
(c) Both sides of the 400 block of Monroe
(d) Both sides of the 100 block of West McCarty
(e) Both sides of the 200 block of West McCarty
(f) Both sides of the 300 block of West McCarty
Section 2. Amend Section 10.130 by repealing Section 6 (D)
and adopting -a new Section 6 (D) to read as follows:
�+ (D) Parking meter spaces within Parking Meter
Zone "D" may be used ten (10) hours at a rate of one
(1) hour for five (5) cents or ten (10) hours for
fifty (50) cents.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
