AN ORDINANCE LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL TAX BILL AGAINST
THE LOTS OR TRACTS OF LAND FRONTING AND ABUTTING ON THE ROADWAY
OF HUTTON LANE From Expressview Drive to
Sta. 11+95. 00 ,
IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF SAID
ROADWAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate
and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this
Ordinance, against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting
or abutting on the roadway of Hutton Lane
in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the improvement of said
roadway, the sum of $10 ,418. 20 as the total costs of the
improvement of said street and the number of front feet fronting
or abutting said roadway, amount to 2083.64 front feet; the
cost price per front foot is 1500
SECTION 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of
said roadway, there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of
$5 . 00 as a special tax against each front foot of ground
fronting or abutting said roadway, and contained in such lot or
piece of ground fronting or abutting *sai.d improved roadway.
SECTION 3 . The name of each property owner or owners and
the description of each lot or piece of ground fronting or abut-
ting on each side of said roadway and the number of front feet
owned by each owner or owners and contained in the lots or tracts
of land so owned and abutting said roadway and the cost price per
front foot for said improvement and the amount hereby levied and
assessed as a special tax for said improvement against each lot
or piece of ground fronting or abutting said roadway. is listed
as follows :
Raymond G. Scheperle and Wilma A. Scheperle, his wife , to an
Undivided one-half interest; and Katherine E. Hutton, as to
an Undivided one-half interest.

for the within mentioned work in accordance with the ordinances
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, re-ative to said kind of work,
and in accordance with the Ordinance of said City in regard to
said work.
SECTION 5 . This ordinance shall takd. effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
