AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDIN
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY AMENDING
ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AMONG SOUTHRIDGE DRIVE
AND ROUTE "C" , FROM RS-2 TO RA DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE 8508
RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE''CITYDOF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be re-
zoned from RS-2 to RA District, to-wit:
Rezone a tract of land in part of the NW4 of Section 23 ,
Twp. 44, Range 12 , bounded on the east by the Quarter
Section line; on the north by "Old Route C° , now known
as Southridge Drive; on the South by existing Route C
right-of-way, consisting in all of 5.62 acres according
to a survey by Central Missouri Professional Services,
Inc. , dated October, 1973, together with an easement
fifty feet wide and parallel with the West line of this
property, from Empire Gas Corporation for the installa-
tion, construction and maintenance of secondary sewer
line, from RS-2 to RA District.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
