BAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING
fAND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY AMENDING
( ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED ALONG SHERRICK DRIVE
#2�AND SOUTHWEST BOULEVARD FROM RS-2 RESIDENTIAL TO R-D DUPLEX. �
1WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE 8508
FRELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
( NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.. That the following described real property be re-
lzoned from RS-2 Residential to R-D Duplex, to-wit:
Part of the southwest quarter of Section 13,
Township 44N, Range 12W, in the City of Jefferson,
County of Cole, Missouri, more particularly de-
4 scribed as follows:
From the southwest corner of said Section 13;

145.87 feet to the north line of Sherrick Drive;
thence N850371E, along the north line of Sherrick

of Southwest Boulevard, 60.48 feet to the south

said south line, 131. 97 feet; thence S40231E,
144.36 feet; thence S85o40'W, 550.50 feet; thence

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
