AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF WOODED TRAILS SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Joseph Miloro and Dorothy Miloro, Richard S.
Groner and Joann C. Groner, Bernard J. Groner and Donna J. Groner,
Delmar E. Picker and Rita M. Picker, Thomas J . Parris and Lola
Parris, Groner Brothers , and John Groner by Lydia Groner, with
power of attorney, owners of the real estate hereinafter described,
and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted
to the Council for approval a plat of said real estate, being
located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more
particularly described as follows :
Part of the northwest quarter of Section 21, Township 44N,
Range 11W, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,
Missouri, and being more particularly described as follows :
Starting at the center of Section 21, thence northerly
along the Quarter Section Line 171.60' to the center of a
.former County Road now abandoned; thence westerly along the
center of said road on the .following courses and distances:
N66000'W, 240.91 ; thence N74030 'W 393.36 ' ; thence N64°30 'W,
226.38' ; thence N69°201W, 231.0' ; thence leaving the center
of said Road N12°30'E, 20' to the northerly line of said
abandoned Road; thence N77030 'W along said northerly line
115.5 ' ; thence N12030'E, 257.4' ; thence 579.04'E, 44.3' ;
thence N54°56 'E, 563.8' to the point of beginning of this
description; thence N35004 W2 200' • thence N54056'E, 2241 ;

northerly R/W of Hutton Lane; thence S54°56'W along said

point of beginning.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Wooded Trails Subdivision, Section One,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949,
and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats", have been fully complied
with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all
respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions;

The plat of land of Joseph Miloro and Dorothy Miloro, Richard
S. Groner and Joann C. Groner, Bernard J. Groner and Donna J.
Groner, Delmar E. Picker and Rita M. Picker. , Thomas J. Parris and
Lola Parris, Groner Brothers, and John Groner by Lydia Groner with
power of attorney, known and referred to as Wooded Trails
Subdivision, Section One, lying, being and situate within the
corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by
the said plat hereto attached and made a part of this ordinance,
is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of said City and the City Clerk
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after the passage and approval
of this ordinance, are given the authority and are hereby directed
to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the
approval of same under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
