AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON REPEALING SECTION 240,
REVISED ORDINANCES, CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1956, RELATING TO THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF THE CEMETERY FUND, AND PROVIDING FOR SUCH MONEYS
TO BE CREDITED TO THE GENERAL REVENUE FUND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS;
Section 1. Section 240, Revised Ordinances of the City of
Jefferson, 1956, and all amendments thereto, relating to the
Cemetery Fund, is hereby repealed.
Section 2. All moneys previously deposited to the Cemetery
Fund, and all moneys hereinafter appropriated to that Fund, shall
be deposited in the General Revenue Fund.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
