ORDINANCE NO. 117-o ,
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CLERK OF THE CITY TO EXECUTE A WRITTEN AGREEMENT WITH
BLUE CROSS AND BLUE SHIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, are hereby authorized and directed, for and in the name
of the City, to execute a written agreement with Blue Cross
Hospital Service, Inc. of Missouri, and Missouri Medical Service,
generally known as Blue Cross and Blue Shield , for insurance
coverage to City employees, and their eligible dependents.
Section 2. A copy of said Agreement is hereto attached.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after the date of its passage and approval.
