jWARRANTY DEED TO THE STATE OF MISSOURI TOGETHER WITH A TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT TO A TRACT OF LAND ALONG MISSOURI BOULEVARD
'IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
!BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Clerk of the City of Jefferson,

are hereby authorized and directed to execute a General Warranty
=!Deed including a temporary construction easement to the State of ,

1 Missouri, to a tract of land along Missouri Boulevard in the City
!o£ Jefferson, Missouri and Business Route 50.
