ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
i'MAYOR AND THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON TO EXECUTE A GENERAL
0ARRANTY DEED TO THE STATE OF MISSOURI TOGETHER WITH A TEMPORARY
ItONSTRUCTION EASEMENT TO PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTH
BAST QUARTER OF SECTION 12, T-44N, R12W, IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
1SSOURI, AND BUSINESS ROUTE 50,.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
S FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
re hereby authorized and directed to execute a General Warranty
Deed including a temporary construction easement to the State of
Missouri, to part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
(af Section 12, T-44N, R12W, in the City of Jefferson Missouri, and
11$usiness Route 50.

Section 2. Said General Warranty Deed and temporary construc-
'tion easement shall read in words and figures as follows:

orce from and after its passage and approval.

WITN .SSETH, that the said part of the first put, in consideration of the sum of

presents grant, bargain and sell, convey and confirm unto said party of the second part, its successors and assigns, the
following described real estate and interests in real estate in the County of Cg le ,

All that piece or parcel of land situate in the SW4 of the NEh of Sec. 12,
T 44 N, R 12 W. in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for Business Route 50
jescribed as follows:
Wstrip of land 35 feet wide, lying on the left or south side of, parallel
to and adjoining the existing left or south right of way line from opposite
highway centerline Station 39+41.75 to the west line of Lions and Eagles
Field entrance opposite highway centerline Station 42+75, a distance of
333.25 feet, containing 12,285 square feet of new right of way.
The centerline of Business Route 50 is described as follows: From a
stone at the SE corner of the NE;4 of Sec. 11, T 44 N, R 12 W; thence
N 4* 26' W, 1147.3 feet; thence N 880 22 ' E, 1572.36 feet; thence S
610 17 ' E, 518.06 feet to a point on the centerline of Business Route 50
at Station 51+80.8; thence continuing S 610 17 ' E, 445.89 feet; thence
on a 20 52 ' curve to the .left 1125.57 feet; thence N 860 27 ' E. 9.34
feet; thence S 860 27 ' W, 9.34 feet; thence on a 1125.57 foot 20 52 '
curve to the right 332.41 feet;to Station 39+41.75, the point of begin-
ning; thence continuing on said 20 52 ' curve to the right 36.25 feet to
Station 39+78 Business Route 50 = Station 0+00 temporary easement
baseline; thence continuing on said 20 52 ' curve to the right 297 feet

The baseline of said temporary easement is described as follows: From
Station 39+78 Business Route 50 = Station 0+00 temporary easement
baseline (as described above) ; thence S 30 59' E, 390 feet to Station
3+90.
Also a temporary construction easement (for the purpose of constructing
a drainage ditch) over strips of land described as follows: A strip of
land lying on the left or east side of and adjoining the temporary
easement baseline being 12 feet wide at the left or south right of way
line of Business Route 50 opposite baseline Station 0+88.5 and widening
uniformly to a strip of land 28 feet wide at baseline Station 3+90, a
distance of 301. 5 feet and a strip of land lying on the right or west
side of and adjoining the temporary easement baseline being 27 feet
wide at the left or south right of way line of Business Route 50 opposite
baseline Station 0+81 and narrowing uniformly to a strip of land 10 feet
wide at baseline Station 3+90, a distance of 309 feet, containing 11,515
quare feet. All rights of Grantee in said construction easement to
Wrever cease upon completion of the construction of said drainage ditch.
Also a temporary construction easement 10 feet wide, lying on the left or
south side of, parallel to and adjoining the left or south right of way
line of Business Route 50 from Grantors' east property line opposite
Station 39+18 to opposite Station 39+41.75, a distance of 23.75 feet,
containing 237 square feet, more or less. All rights of Grantee in said
construction easement to forever cease upon completion of the construct-
ion of said highway.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with all rights, privileges, appurtenances, and immunities theicto belonging
Of in anywise appertaining,unto said party of the second part,it successors and assigns forever;the said part
of the first part hereby covenanting that lawfully seized of an indefeasible estate in
fee in the promises herein conveyed; that ha good right to convey the same; that the said
premises are free and clear of any encumbrances done or suffered by or those under whom
claim; and that will warrant and defend the title to said premises unt-
said party of the second part, and unto its successors and assigns, forever, against the lawful claims and demands
