AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF
CERTAIN SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY TO THE COUNTY OF COLE FOR USE AS AN
ATTENTION CENTER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to
execute on behalf of the City an appropriate Deed conveying a por-
tion of excess property in Lots 121 through 134 of Morris ' Subdivi-
sion of the East part of Outlot 86 in the City of Jefferson, outside
of that portion required for the improvement of Stadium Boulevard,
to the Count Court of Cole Count for the use of said count as

a Youth Attention Center .
Section 2. Said conveyance shall require that the land
revert to the City of Jefferson in the event it shall be no longer
required for public use by the county and the conveyance may be
delivered to the County Court without consideration as a contribu-
tion to said attention center .-
Read three times and passed on this 28th day of October, 1976.
