AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.

GENERAL LOCATION Vicinity of Sue Drive
ZONING CHANGE FROM RS-2
TO RD (Duplex)
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties ; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 8508 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
( CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from RS-2 to RD Duplex, and the following described
property is and it is hereby rezoned accordingly:
Part of the Northwest Quarter and part of the Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 34, Township
45 N, Range 12 W, in the City of Jefferson, County of
Cole, Missouri, more particularly described as follows :
From the Quarter Section corner on the west side of
said Section 34; thence south along the Section Line,
455 feet; thence deflecting 68'30' to the left, for a
distance of 185 feet to the point of beginning for this
description; thence continuing along said course 53 feet;
thence deflecting 90'00' to the right , for a distance of
43 feet ; thence deflecting 90000' to the left for a
distance of 157 feet; thence deflecting 93°45; to the
left , for a distance of 394 feet to a point 185 feet west
of the northwest corner of a tract of land as described
in Book 174, Page 416, Cole County Recorder's Office;
thence deflecting 1'30 ' to the left, and running 185 feet
west of and parallel to the west line of tracts described
in Book 188, Page 332; Book 174, Page 416; Book 211,
Page 510, Cole County Recorder's Office, for a distance
of 695 feet; thence deflecting 14000' to the ri�ht, for
a distance of 170 feet ; thence deflecting 88000 to the
right for a distance of 95 feet; thence deflecting
97 00; to the left, for a distance of 90 feet; thence
deflecting 77°00 ' to the left for a distance of 143 feet ;
thence deflecting 90'00' to the left, for a distance of

Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
