AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF HICKORY NUT ACRES SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Harold and Irene Krieger and Virgil and Frances
Riek, owners of the real estate hereinafter described, and
situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri , having submitted to
the Council for approval a plat of said real estate, being located
in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 14, Township 44, Range 12, Jefferson City,
Cole County, Missouri, more particularly described
as follows:
From the Southwest corner of the Southeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 14;
thence NO°56'E along the Quarter Quarter Section Line,
1434.20 feet to the point of beginning for this
description; thence S39°40 'E, 190.00 feet; thence
S49°40 E, 305.25 feet; thence N40°20'E, 276.95 feet;
thence N14°48'W, 180.33 feet; thence S60'12'W, 95.15
feet; thence N89°10 'W 325.93 feet; thence N39°40 'W,
28.74 feet; thence NOa56'E, 127.90 feet; thence
N890101W2 60.00 feet; thence SO°56 'W along the
Quarter Quarter Section Line, 150.00 feet to the
point of beginning. Containing in all, 2.66 acres,
more or less. Bearings are magnetic.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Hickory Nut Acres Subdivision, that all
taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of
Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments
thereto, entitled "Plats", have been fully complied with by the
aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all respects the
requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
complied with, NOW THEREFORE:

The plat of land of Harold and Irene Krieger and Virgil and
Frances Riek, known and referred to as Hickory Nut Acres Subdivi-
sion, lying, being and situate within the corporate limits of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto
attached and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved
and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, and the Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, after the passage and approval of
this ordinance, are given the authority and are hereby directed
to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon, and to certify to the
approval of same under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missour
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
