BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS : SECTION 1 . There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this Ordinance, against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on the roadway of Boonville Road - Norris Drive to Bel air Drive. • in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the improvement of said roadway, the sum of W , 774 . 34 774 . 34 as the total costs of the improvement of said street and the number of front feet fronting or abutting said roadway, amount to 4 . 6R9. 74 front feet ; the cost price per front foot is $5. 00 SECTION 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of said roadway, there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of $5 . 00 as a special tax against each front foot of ground fronting or abutting said roadway, and contained in such lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting said improved roadway. SECTION 3 .
